• Housekeeping: We all benefit when we keep our properties well maintained and increase property values for all homeowners in the community. If you have any questions or comments contact the property manager. Please note the following:

  • If you regularly walk your dog around the quads and common areas, please remember to pick up after them and carry a plastic bag with you. 

  • Please do not leave excess items on the outside of your unit. Examples of this include: mops, indoor furniture, and other household items, etc. 

  • Please keep in mind that the grass areas are owned by all owners of the condos. So, lets make sure to keep them nice. Please do not litter on the greenspaces. 

  • If you are not able to perform the tasks but your unit needs some TLC please contact the property manager so we can figure out a solution. 

  • If you have a maintenance issue with your unit: Roof or exterior walls, also contact the property manager so we can schedule a contractor evaluate the issue. 

SAFETY: If you see suspicious activity within the community or roadway violations, please call the police.
