Community Rules

Limit on street parking
Trashcans must be removed by the end of trash pick up day and stored out of street view
All exterior changes to the household must be approved by the Board of Directors via Architect Request form
Ensure yard is maintained and free of weeds, excess leaves, and debris
No signs shall be erected or displayed within the community without consent from the Board of Directors
Vehicles must be licensed and in condition capable of operation on public highways or placed within garage
Pets must remain on a leash or under control
Animal waste is to be cleaned immediately
The park and lake area are closed after dark. No overnight parking
No Parking of Commercial or work vehicles at the Park or Clubhouse, unless providing services during business hours
No storage of private property on common areas
No car should be parked at the Clubhouse for over 48 hours

Newnan Lakes Park and Lake Rules

Hours: Dawn to Dusk

No signs shall be erected or displayed within the community without consent from the Board of Directors

The park and lake area are closed after dark. No Trespassing. No overnight parking
No Parking of Commercial or work vehicles at the Park or Clubhouse, unless providing services during business hours
No storage of private property on common areas
Fishing is allowed from the banks. Catch and Release ONLY in order to establish and maintain a balanced ecosystem
No motorized vehicles on the walking trails

Hours: Adults Only: 6AM - 9AM, ALL: 9AM - 10PM (Please be respectful of nearby residents if you leave the pool late)
