Architectural Requests

All exterior property modifications must be reviewed and approved by the ARB (Architectural Review Board).

Examples - Painting, Screen-Storm Doors, Fences, Structural and Landscape renovations, along with Sheds.

When submitting "any" modification requests, it is helpful to include; pictures, sketches and layouts with the requests. This aides the Board in the review process. Please be sure to update your contact information and sign the form when submitting.

NOTE - It is the homeowners responsibility to consult local City and County Code of Regulations for permits that maybe required before any approved requests can be performed.

If requesting installation or modification of a fence. Please review the fence guidelines prior to submission of your request.

Sign Requests

If you would like to post a sign within Madison Park and Parkside's community, (this includes yard sale, open house invitations, lost pets, etc.) please submit your request to Ian Mason. Please provide as much information as possible including planned location/placement of the sign, date of placement, date of removal, a picture of the sign if possible, and contact information (Address, phone number, current email). Unregistered signs run the risk of removal and disposed of.
